| FYI, mine is not DSP version. It's a full version. |
DSPs are FULL versions of Vista. You mean you have the RETAIL version with that snazzy plastic box?
As a total aside, what does it mean when it says 32/64-bit? How can it be both? |

If you don't know anything about the difference between DSP and the other, give some research on it yourself.
32/64-bit? It means it has both 32bit and 64bit version of Vista Ultimate installation available. How can it be both? Why not? Sorry to say this but.. To be honest, with a respect, that's a bit silly question. As I said, if you don't know anything about something, learn more about it yourself and don't show your ignorance. I don't do your damn homework. |

I think you're a bit confused here. I know exactly what DSP means, I've bought a couple copies of DSP OSs and they're exactly what I said, full versions. DSP is pretty much another name for OEM, which is designed for system builders and comes in regular paper instead of that snazzy plastic case.
As for not knowing the 32/64-bit bit? Well, I've never seen any OS listed as both...either one or the other. I know full well that 64-bit OSs will run 32-bit software as that's what I have right now. I have never seen a disc that allows you to PICK which version you install. If that's what it truly is, that's new to me and actually interesting. I would of course question WHY something like that is even made as it's completely unnecessary. |

Now I'm sick of answering this stupidity. This is my final answer and will just cancel the ad.
DSP? There's a license and A/S difference. Go and learn more.

That's because you are ignorant. If you can "read", read Microsoft homepage. As I said, do your homework yourself.

Well.. for DSP? it would be unnecessary. Why again? Since Microsoft is smarter than you. |
