For sale is a bench, squat tower, barbell, a set of dumbbells (the type you add your own weight to), and 130 kgs. of weight. Since I'd like to get rid of it all, I'd prefer to sell it altogether if possible.

Everything is about nine months old (purchased brand new)--the bench, squat tower and dumbbells cost me about 160,000 won on GMarket, and the additional 80 kgs. of weight and barbell cost me an additional 200,000 won.

Also included will be an ab wheel, exercise ball, workout gloves, yoga mat, and various other workout equipment (everything, other than the ab wheel, is from the highly reputable coreperformance.com). If I can remove it from my door frame (which is not guaranteed), I can also include an Everlast chinning bar.

And if someone purchases it altogether, I'll also include Muscle Revolution by Chad Waterbury, one of the most comprehensive workout books I've come across, and from which you can get an entire year of workout plans that will never get stale. This is the book I used to set up my program for the year, and I was able to do virtually every exercise with this equipment (though, obviously when it came to machine exercises, I had to get creative) and got excellent results. Also, preference will be given to those who can arrange their own shipping (I live in Tongyeong, about 2 hours from Busan and 20 minutes from Geoje), though I will arrange it myself if you cannot, and the equipment must be sent out between next Friday and the following Monday (Aug. 15 - 18 ).

Also, I should note that I'm 6'4 and 200 lbs (about 90 kg), and had no problems with the size of the equipment.
