| I got an r-mail from a Yahoo account saying that I received a temp ban. It claims to be from a mod of Dave Sperling's, but it's not. If you were going to be temp banned, you would have received a PM. Don't worry about Big Bill's bored foolishness. If you have any questionsa about it, simply PM a mod. |

| I got one, at the wrong email address and PMed the mods. Why haven't they addressed this? |

| I also got this email saying that I've been temporarily banned for a month due to my behaviour. I have maybe posted 4 times since I've been home in Canada in March. Is this from this Big Bill guy from that other site, or this new porn guy? Or are they one and the same? |

| Yes, someone used my name in some cases, I believe, and sent out e-mails. That is not something we do. If it is not a PM from us, ignore it, but this action is not something we will ignore or take lightly. |

I got the same thing, as well as some obviously blatant crap email with a link I would never dare open...probably was porn or a virus.
Anyways, the false MOD sender is using a @Yahoo.com address. Could it be any more obvious that it's a ruse?? |
