Sorry, it's in Hongdae in Seoul.

It's a Fender Jazz bass, it has 4 strongs.
I'm not totally sure if it has active or passive pickups.

I will have pictures soon.

my email is [email protected]

Cheers

I looked them up on myspace and saw pictures of him playing two different basses. Both were single pickups, and I think from looking at it that the bass is passive. Is there a spot in the back for a 9 volt battery? If so, it is active. But there is only one pick up on it, so I think it's passive. I'm not interested in it anymore. Hope you find someone for it.

Bass strings are called strongs rather than strings for their deep, rich and strongy sounds.

Sorry, my mistake. It has 4 strings rather than 4 strongs and there is nowhere I can see to put a 9v battery.

It's purely academic now Lekker, but just for the record, the standard Fender Jazz bass has pickups that look like they're single, but of course, are humbuckers. They are wound in a side-by-side style instead of an on top of each other style.
