im buying a bass off this guy this weekend, he's located in the Hongik Uni area

I have been using batteries but you could use an adaptor if you wanted.
The pedal (and the bass) are at my girlfriend's place in Hongdae.

If you don't want to buy it, why post? Asking if it runs on phantom power doesn't seem like a serious enquiry to me.
