Becasue I am such a nice person I was going to bring in some kind of treat to my hagwon for all the teachers and staff. What should I bring?

I was thinking brownies but I have no oven, what else is there?? I can't think of a good snack. See brownies would have been perfect, I wish I had a oven.

Suggestions are appreciated!!

I just really like my brownies idea but I was thinking maybe those little pigs in the blanket or is that stupid. I am trying to think of something American.

Having no oven is one of the hardest things to get used to.

Fruit is always really well received here.

i always stop by dunkin donuts and pick up 10 bucks worth of munchkins... seems to go over pretty well... fruit always makes everyone happy too...
side note: it's a really good idea to do this once a month or so... they really do remember it and appreciate it...

ohhhhh... I will bring donuts. thanks for the suggestion.

Ok not to go off topic or anything but, Ok, so I go outside for my cigi break where fo course I am blowing smoke in every foreigners face possible, haha jk, but no really this guy was standing right next to me and farted so I laughed a little, whatever. The he farts again and I go crazy laughing but the laugh where your trying to hold back but its obvious your dying inside laughing. So he walks away. The I see this kid run into the glass doors at wear I work, boom slams right into it. He started crying but OMG, I mean he ran right into it. Then I saw this guy, ok he makes Kate Moss look like fat a$$, and he is wearing womens sort of clothes, like to the side shirt, 80's style and I have never seen anyone that shrunken in before, I could not help but stare. He was all dressed punk like but it was womens clothes.

This happened all withion the last 5 minutes and I cannot stop laughing at the guy farting, he like walked away all pissed probably but it was so funny. Like the first fart was small but the second was big. All the Koreans are looking at me b/c I can't stop laughing

I offically love Korea b/c it really is the small things!

I realize I de-railed my own thread but I am bringing donuts, people do not want my cooking!

I bought Fango chocolates for my principal when I arrive in Korea. Is this a good gift? They're pretty expensive chocolates from Marshall Fields (Macy's now). Should I buy my co-teacher something?

Fruit is cheap and appreciated. 10K will get you a large assortment of fruit. I should really do this more often myself.

If they can get through an entire day closing every door behind them, I'll buy them 100K worth of fruit. Laughing
