My brother has just arrived over and it would seem my flat aint big enough for the both of us. He's staying until new years day and I need to find him accomodation in the bomgyae/anyang/pyongchon area (preferably as close to hagwon-ga as possible, as that's very near where I live...
This is a matter of urgency! and any help would be appreciated....

Hi. Sorry, I do not know of any hotel places in Bomgye/Pyoungchon area specifically.. However, there appear to be many places in Geumjeong, which is just a short bus/subway ride away... If that would work for you.. Just get off the subway there, and there seem to be many. I hope you enjoy your visit! Laughing

There are tons of love motels in downtown Anyang. Just go check those out.

No idea on pyungcheon, I would ask your director if he/she knows....maybe ask some co workers. Considering it is an apartment area, I would guess those wanting to sleeze around go to the motels I mentioned - around anyang station - downtown anyang.

There are loads of love-motels on the main strip by Pyeongchon station. Pyeongchon Park was 38,000 a night a few months ago.
