uumm, not sure why the...is he your boyfriend or not??..is important.
I can dicuss such details with anyone that contacts me, and is serious about moving in.

No particular reason for looking for a male..I prefer living with males, and the male of the house is also quite keen for another male. I guess it aint that important...

450 000 and free rent for us...I wish mate!!
We have paid a lot of key money for this place. Its 3 bedroomed, and NOT cheap. It is a two storied buliding and we have all of the 2nd floor.
The 450,000 also includes utilites. Its quite a big room, fully kitted out and is actually a really good deal.
This place looks more like a regular house than the usual concrete hovel or box appartment in Seoul.

If you were literate, some might consider the offer.

"Walldrobe," indeed.

P.S. Do the folks already living there practice "highjean"? And are they clean, too, in addition to wearing their pants "high on the waist, in the European fashion"?

P.P.S. All hail Al Bundy!

P.P.P.S. If the mayor of Haebangchon is reading, how's it go again? Do these folks get the special rate, or the "special" special rate?

Would you entertain the possibility of a Korean Female, average speaking ability in English, or are you wanting more of an english speaking person.

My wifes friend is a teacher near HBC and is looking for digs closer to here.

Obviously you've never been on the other side of the situation then. The entire atmosphere will be completely different depending on that factor. Some people might prefer to live with a couple and some people probably wouldn't be able to stand it.

in my experience, Living with a couple is one of the worst things someone can you do. You become involved with all their ups and downs, and all their annoying sounds (fighting, sexual, happiness, sadness, pissoff, etc, etc) if u want to live in hell, live with them. Sorry I dont know you but im just telling from experience. Dont hate me Very Happy

Well it certainly is quite amazing how many unusual comments one gets for putting out an ad looking for a flatmate. I have no idea what the hell a high jean is..might be a canadian thang..dunno.. maybe all very amusing if I was about 16..alais that was 20 years ago!

But for the questions that havent been asked..

The house is very light and airy.
Both present tenants very busy with business, jobs etc so out quite alot.
Washing machine incl
Huge bathroom has bath.
use of safe if required
outdoor balcony furnished
we generally listen to music rather than watch t.v, but easy to set up tv in the bedroom..( theres a t.v cabinet supplied in room also )

Yes I will put up some pics either tonight or tomorrow.
Yes will be keen to meet females too whom may be interested.

I have owned my own houses and have also lived in alot of different countries with couples, and singles and in all honesty in my many experiences, generally its been about WHO the people are, and how all the personalities gel, and not whether they are coupled or singles...but for those whom would like more info, then please dont hesitate to email..

So Im guessing in all the crap from people who are NOT interested in anyway you may have missed my actual response to try and get you a tenant.

So I ask again, would you entertain the possibility of a Korean woman with an average to low english speaking ability?

Not that I blame you for missing it. Im just trying to solve a problem for both of us.

from the lack of response to the 'boyfriend' question, i conclude that they are banging each other's brains out but don't want anyone to find out... any other theories?
