I'm seriously considering a job in Busan but housing is an issue because I'm not really given much of an allowance and I'd like to avoid spending a lot of my paycheck on rent. How much can I realistically expect to spend on rent for a modest studio within a twenty minute walk of Seomyeon station? I'm sure it's less than Seoul, but is it significant?
