If you'd like to get an unbelievable deal on a high-end hotel room, and are cool sharing a room with an American who is respectful, sane, and likes an adventure, then keep reading.

Anyway, I'm going to be in Osaka on a visa run, and I'm going to be staying at nice hotels. On the 17th I'll be at the Westin, the 18th at the Sheraton Kobe Bay and on the 19th, the Sheraton Miyako Osaka. I'll be in a double room, and you can have the other bed for $50. If I get different people for different nights, that's fine.

Given that all in, the rate is like $180 for the Westin and $150 for the Sheratons, you may wonder why I'm willing to let the second bed go so cheap: there are two reasons. 1) I want to fill them, because it knocks up to $150 off my total stay. 2) The three stays at Starwood Hotels properties and the points for the room are really good for my frequent guest account (I'm almost at Gold, and then I get free upgrades and other things).

So, if you're going to be in Osaka at the same time as me, and want to stay in nice, full service hotels, with concierges that answer questions in English, arrange transportation, etc, let me know.

Oh, by the way, I'm male, and have a girlfriend (who is not coming...I'm traveling alone). I'm fine sharing with either gender, but I'm not looking to hook up. However, if you are, I'm a decent wingman and we can go out together and I'll hook you up. I speak some Japanese and can say things like "She thinks you're hot," so that's a possible plus.

I'm hoping to meet someone for some adventures, so I'll have good stories when I get back to Korea. And I tend to have adventures wherever I go, so it should be fun!

PM me with questions or to take a slot. Let me know which night(s) you want. I'll give you a check in time, we'll meet in the lobby, and then you'll be set.

I wish I could be there but I'm working part-time these months.

I just wanted to give my opinon of the offer, and say that I think it's a sweet deal for someone that's going to be in Japan on those dates.

I travelled through Europe and stayed in Marriotts for a lot of the time, and there was a week where I offered the second bed out and it worked out fine. I shared the room with 2 girls I'd met at school in France. They were both Turkish and friends of each other. I did my travel thing, they did their travel thing, and we all got a sweet hotel at a good price.

I hope someone takes him up on this deal because it probably will turn out to be a really good time.

Good luck Rumple.

KoreanAmbition's post makes me think of a something...

If you'd like a place to crash, but you don't want to hang out, that's totally fine too. You'll have your own room key and can come and go as you please.

That is part of its appeal to me. But, yeah, very similar feel with Seoul.
