Nice looking apartment.
Pictures of the bedroom are important... but your pictures of the bedroom are really weak.
The bed looks like something out of a 70's porno, and you make the bedroom look really small. In order to arouse some interest I suggest taking a few other photos to show someone the place they will be living.
Lastly, you're looking for a roommate, not a business partner.
I suggest you be up front and honest about social issues. When you ignore really important questions here on the forum then I think you convey a serious trust problem that could occur to potential renters.
Also, you're posting on Dave's buy/sell/trade forum. They'd attack Mother Theresa unless the deal was out of this world. And just thank your lucky stars Spliff hasn't posted on this thread yet. |

KOrean ambition..cheers for the words..Broooooo it mustve been pretty boring porn you were watching back in the 70's!!
Actually to have gotten a really good pic of the available room I wouldve had to literally hang from me toenails upside down, out the window. Ya know I kinda like the old fashioned way..getting on da horse and checking a place out for ya self with the naked eye.
I havent ignored any questions on this forum..Ive left my email for people to contact me..meet in person or speak on the phone. That sure seems to me to be a far more TRUSTWORTHY way to go..Then one can ask me a 110 questions if need be..Sweet As!!
The idea was to put out the ad, with the basic information, then anyone seriously interested would contact me via email to the get more details, meet, speak etc. I mean heeyyyyy......
How many perverts are prowling this website...check out some of the brain dead comments on this thread alone. Most of the readers arent even looking for an appartment.. Theyre sitting at home locked in a mouldy sockdrawer, tapping on da computer wearing their undies on their heads!!! why should they know my personal business??
Other than that, its gotta be mentioned, co-workers, couples, business associates, family, mates..whom ever it is your living with...cant be judged in groups..There are way to many varying assumptions etc to be made.
Are all mates great fun to live with?? Are all couples sitting on the couch slobbering over each other all day?? Are all business associates mean spirited?? We are who we are as individuals..well thats what I'd hope...obviously not in some minds. Maybe thats what happens after being in KOrea to long..everyone just gets labeled and put in a box.
Anyways I have a few folk keen on the room..but am cool to meet other potential tenants. We are easy to live with and are just looking for someone in that category really..So as I said please email me PERSONALLY with enquires..
Hey Be really daring and brave and come check the place out.... We dont bite!!
And as for Spliff..Would I wanna live with him...umm probably not..so I wouldnt be giving a rats arse about any such comments he might make

Yeah its quite a rarity in Seoul to have a sweet covered balcony..and bonus..we dont have prison- block- flats to stare at...instead a bit of greenery..nice!!
Most time spent at home is spent hanging on the balcony.. aka porch.. for yarns, beers, and good kai.
I personally can't stand being stuck inside, day-in day-out..which unfortuantely can be a way of life for many in seoul. |

| People, the woman is looking for a flat mate. She didn't ask for your smart a$$ rhetoric. If you find joy in being d*ckheads to her on this site, go jump out the window. |
