Did ayone actually see this infamous kick to Swedish ref's face?
Please provide link to video.
Cuban dude banned for life.
What on earth possesses someone to kick a poor ref. from Sweden in the face?

Poor Swedish ref. got his face rearraged. Poor sportsmanship. |

Ironically he kicked him with foot with the busted toe on it that caused the delay in the first place.
Isn't that assault with a deadly weapon like a pro boxer using his bare hands to hit someone? |

Nah! It happened at a sports venue, so if the ref. presses charges that would be way metrosexual.
Imagine if pro hockey players called the popo every time they got into a scrap on the ice. |

Who cares! He deserved to get kicked in the face just for being involved in such a farce of a sport. |

What I heard on the news was as follows.
The cuban injured his foot (toe perhaps?), and sought "medical advice". You apparently have only one minute to receive such care. A timer started up by the score board. When the one minute timer went off, the ref called it because the cuban was still getting his toe or foot taped up. The ref did his job and disqualified the cuban for not getting back into the match in the one minute time frame. The cuban got angry and claimed the other athlete paid and rigged the match. The Cuban then went ahead and kicked the ref in the face. He and his coach are now potentially facing a lifetime ban from competitions. |

Well that's two bruised things Sweden gets to take home from China. A bruised ref as well as a bruised wrestler ego who tossed his bronze away in a hissy fit. |

I could see that the Ref said something to the Cuban. It looked like he said, "Hej, I can see a stupid Dala Hst on your t-shirt. WTF? Is that some P.O.S shirt from E-mart? What, you think you are a Swede or something?" BAM!
Don't mess with anyone that buys Swedish knockoff crap of E-mart!
I bought a bunch of them and sent them to friends in Lund and Stockholm. LOL. |
