Or would it be a website creator who started by wanting to help teachers and students, and whos busness blossemed into a the world's most popular teaching site?? WHo is realy in cotrol of this? ANd why did it happen? Think about it, and meet and discuss schools elsewhere, where you can say the facts without being registered and moderated.

I've been moderating since the first week, and as far as I'm aware, none of us have altered or deleted any posts because of their school or business related content on this new board. It's not our mandate.

I'd like to ditto CM and Kimcheeking's invitations to contact the moderators though private messages with either general or specific concerns regarding what we do and why we do it. I always reply to PM questions to the best of my ability.

It's still early days and we're all learning as we go. That's why we're glad for everyone's patience and support - all of us new mods have been regular users for years and we're adjusting to our new roles.

I don't know what the variable is, but the new board gets a good response on the Korean Job Discussion Forum, but it put everyone to sleep on the Activities and Games forum and and the Elementary Education forum. I wish you would go back to your old ways on those other two forums.

One little suggestion: could you please set the mechanism up so that the subject header under "Post a reply" defaults to the name of the discussion? It is annoying to find that I've forgotten the name of the discussion, go back, and block copy.

Does anyone actually notice the "post subject"? I don't think many people bother with it unless it's the lead post, which names the thread.

Yeah, you're right. I thought the same thing. It needs to be clearer and perhaps a different colour. The only time I notice it, is when I post a PM and another page pops up saying that I need to post a subject.

Tiger is on the prowl! Like 10 old threads bumped today!

I think the new board is WAY better. The old board was so bad I quit using it like 4yrs ago.
