is it possible to get alka seltzer here, ive not seen it. or is there an equivalent?

cool, what about the korean version, does anyone know the name for it? or anything that does a similar job.

I just had a conversation about this the other day with my students. The Korean version is called 활면수 (Hwal Myeon Su), or something like that, and can be gotten in any pharmacy. I haven't tried it yet, but it does induce gas.
