not sure if our kangwon-do contract is identical, but i'm sure they're quite similar.
1. did you re-sign for a second year and now have decided to resign in the middle of your 'new' contract?
2. how long into the contract are you?
i've never heard of having to find a replacement, but if you haven't fulfilled a minimum of 6 months you will be expected to pay for the airfare they provided. the fact that they haven't been paying you ontime sounds like a breach in contract, but not sure how enforcable it would be on your own. does your district have a liason between GEPIK and each school? sounds like something they can help out w/.
