We are leaving South Korea half-way through our lease and are looking for someone to take over our beautiful apt. It's got two good-size bedrooms and a large bright living space. The kitchen comes with a fridge and a gas stovetop. Has a washing machine, plus floor heating, air con and a wall fan. It's on the second floor of a house just off the main street of HaeBangChon, near Indigo Cafe, etc. The photos are from when we first moved in, in March. We are keen to sell of our furniture and utensils too, I'll link to those when they are uploaded.
The rent is 700,000won per month (plus 10,000/person for water a month) and the key money is 3mil. We are leaving around the 6th of September. The landlady and the property manager have been great so far, and I'm sure you could extend the lease as much as you wanted. Gas + Elec have averaged in total 25,000won/month
We've also got a bunch of furniture you can buy off us if you need any.
Please email at [email protected] if you want to come around and look or have some questions or call me on 010-5782-7874

do people really pay this for housing in Seoul? that's a third of the starting salary for English teachers here, and I've never heard of employers offering more than 500,000 won per month for housing if you have your own place. |

Sorry if it wasn't clear. The rent of 700,000W is for the entire apartment with two bedrooms.
That's 350,000W a room. |

The typical English teacher's apartment is one bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. No living room.
The place advertised in the OP has two bedrooms and a living room. Get a roommate and split the rent- based on the pictures it's more than big enough for two. |

It's been tentatively rented, although nothing is in writing yet. If the arrangement falls through I'll PM you. |
