Hi folks,
Just arrived in Seoul a few weeks ago and need to pick up some over the counter medicine. Do you know what types of medicine they carry there? Looking specifically for Pepcid AC for my heartburn and Claritin for my allergies. I've been to a few pharmacies in Sinchon and didn't see anything around.
If Costco doesn't carry these, do you know if I'll be able to have them shipped via Amazon?
Thanks in advance. |

I don't think Costco has either one.
"Pharmacies" are different, here. You may have to have them sent to you.
BTW, are you sure you need Claritin in Korea? |

Thanks.
I guess I'll try my luck with Amazon. Not sure if I need it yet, but I always get a bad case of sneezing every spring and fall. |

Go to any clinic. Don't go to a major hospital because they will charge you up the ass. Go to a regular health clinic, tell the doc you need Claritin. Say you want a month's supply. He'll give you a perscription. Go to the pharmacy and they will give you the pills.
1 month of Claritin and Pseudoephedrine for runny nose was only like 10,000w. The doctor's visit came to like 2,500w. |
