A Korean colleague is leaving our hagwon this week. We have only been here for 6 weeks and wondering what the norm is, whether we should buy a small gift as perhaps we'd do back home,

I've only been here a year but i've seen a lot of people come and go. Seems to be totally up to the individual. If you weren't close, I wouldn't worry about it.
