Some even have dead-ringer eyebrows.

I really chuckle at some hair styles I see at HS.
I am sure there are more than there were last semester,
or am I getting bored and looking for other things to amuse me?

Yeah, I noticed on guy who got an extreme bowl cut (his head looks like a mushroom!). Didn't know if it was some kind of punishment or a fashion statement...guess I'm getting old.

All the girls at my school have bowl-cuts. Every single one. I know their is a hair length limit which the girls always moan about, but is there a hairstyle regulation too? Shouldn't they be allowed to have a haircut other than the bowl-cut thing they all have?

The boys at my school are all nearly bald.

Then tend to start as a Spock then mutate into a full blown 1965 Beatle
moptop. Then they get the elf burns. Very mod

most of my HS boys have Vulcan or Romulan hairstyles (just find an old Star Trek episode)

and the girls like to sport the female Prince Valiant.

I heard something funny once about Korea:

"It's just like Star Trek: all this modern technology, 1950s haircuts."

It's true. With dudes you get one of two extremes: Super military 1950s helmet-bowl head cut, or some weird shaggy Beatles variation.

This is a horrible trend, especially among the (formerly hot) 20-30 year old women. I mean, what's up? I even asked some Korean girls about this, and they seem to think that hairstyle is fashionable and cool.

I think the girls are looking way too much like boys now... and I don't like it!

When I first came to Korea, in Daegu, it was so refreshing to see girls with long hair again. Sadly, the number of girls with longer hair is fading... Sad

some girls looks quite good in the Valiant.

Of course, it might be argued that those who do, would probably look pretty good in just about anything.

The hairstyle (for boys) has been in for a few years - it originated as a Bruce Lee style haircut, and seems to have gotten longer over the past couple years.
