| Great location. Close to the front gate of Yonsei University and the subway. Lots of sun, great area in the heart of Sinchon. You wont be dissappointed with this spot. It's more like an officetel from what i hear. Rent is 600,000/month with 3,000,000 Deposit. You'll be able to negotiate your own terms but this is what i pay. I'm only leaving this place due to a new job overseas. I'll also leave the bed and a desk if you'd like. I can be reached at 010.2632.6041. |
