Here is a quick script some geeks might make use of. Don't know if it's been done before, I did it for myself, so just sharing something.
Browsing Eslcafe forums and being tired of NSFW avatars, and a few posters whose input I reliably don't care for, I wrote a greasemonkey script to make the eslcafe forums a nicer experience... Thought I'd share them for anyone else hanging on the forums in a work environment.
For those that run Firefox, and have the greasemonkey extension, here it is:
http://popopo.10gbfreehost.com/eslcafeplus.user.js
What it does:
- Hides avatars
- Places a 'x' next to usernames. If you click the 'x', it replaces all posts by that user with a message allowing you to easily and quickly unblock them. goodbye trolls.
Tested on:
- Windows XP/Linux (Ubunutu
- Firefox 2.0.0.14+
Enjoy. |

| If you wrote your own script then I bow to you. That's gumption. |
