Indicting Kissenger? - I'm no expert on this, but wouldn't that involve arguing the whole Nixon-Kissenger foreign policy thing about dividing the interests of opposing foreign powers to bring about a sustainable peace?
Had it been fully implemented, would it have worked and achieved some greater good? I know some still believe the North would have never over-run the South in Vietnam and the whole Pol pot thing would have been avoided. It just would not have been in the North's interests to do so.
As Nixon once said in reference to something else - "If you pick the scab off that wound, you're going to uncover a whole lot of puss." |
