If the guy lives in Asia, I would say that's highly unlikely. |

Well, if the guy is a man wh*re, then yeah, I don't think he cares whether he's in Asia or anywhere else in the world. I was speaking in the realm of monogamous relationships. |

I figure a good standard these days is 2 guys a year. If a girl is going horizontal with 2 guys a year, then no biggie. Biological call of the wild. What's daunting is when one does the math!
But there is a double standard in there somewhere. We learn that women need emotional attachment in order to get naked (unless huge amounts of booze are involved). So this means that if a woman has had several sexual partners, they could be emotionally unstable or needy. Or, from a guys perspective, worse, she might NOT need ANY emotional attachment, which means she'll go at the drop of a dime, much like a guy. That is worrisome.
It's a circular arguement, eh. You fall in love with who you fall in love with. The details sort themsleves out. |

Cool, good advice!
But let's assume you are, say, 25 years old and you lost your virginity your first year of university as media has taught me is pretty standard. So the lie would be 14 guys? And a guy wouldn't consider this a turn-off? |

This is actually the preferred figure for limiting sexual disease transmission. Which means that 2 partners a year is better for the general population than either monogomy for 10 years, or 100 partners in 10 years. |

What if the woman left a convent at age 24 and kind of went nuts after that for the next five years? It happens. Will the 2 partners per year rule be increased to 4 due to her sexual frustration at the nunnery? |

| Hmmm, an ex-nun student. That's a tough one. I guess it would depend on how many of her post-nun years she was keeping that pace up. Pent up randiness plus purposeful inhibition plus accelerated experience curve could make for one good shag. |

I'm a little confused by this, Kuros. How is monogamy less conducive to STD transmission within a population than having 2 partners per year? |

I can recall being asked by guys how many people I have slept with. And (at that time) being truthful. However, I have asked that question and have never got an answer from a guy. I suppose this is better than a lie but I would simply prefer to not answer as well. I am 33 and lost my virginity at 16- so yeah. What's in a number? It's how someone carries themselves that matters.
As for the tattoo guy I've met guys like that and I can understand that. How is that odd? I dye my hair (it's been every color) and then I dated a guy who dyed his hair *burgundy* and I thought it was stupid on him... not a turn on. |
