So, I'm hoping to finally get over to Seoul to teach. Being from Kentucky, I would like to continue riding horses in Korea. Does anyone know of anyplace to ride (hunter/jumper)? If so, how much, etc?

the only horses i've heard about are the ones on Jeju that you can rent to go horseback riding for the day...

other than that, i never saw any or heard of any others.....korea doesn't strike me as a society big on equestrian events so you may be hard pressed to find something!!

good luck Smile

There is a horse riding / jumping facility in Seoul Forest Park.
Very small and uninspiring however.
There are other horse riding facilities around but keep your hopes at a very low level and you may be ok.

In Shiheung, just south of Bucheon, there are lots of places.

I don't know exactly how to get there by bus, but it looks pretty simple to get there by car.

there is a big place in Paju where you can ride as well. A friend of mine from Arizona worked there for a while training their horses for them, and teaching people to ride Western style.
