Just curious. If you live in an officetel, what is your monthly
maintenance fee?
Mine was 94,000. It just jumped up to 107,000.
My place is pretty nice. I just think it the fee is high.
I pay about 40,000 for other stuff like cable, internet, etc. |

Depending on utility use (heat / aircon / electric) I pay from 125-225 per month. About 90k is common area /maintenance costs. Our bills are broken down (on the monthly billing) into each individual cost. This doesn't include my internet fee but does include everything else.
My co-worker (single) pays about 120-140. |
