I need to buy something on Ebay and my Korea credit cards aren't being accepted!!!  |

| You can do what I did. Create a Paypal Korea account. I have it linked to my my bank account and credit card. I have sent money from my Korea Paypal to my US Paypal account a number of times. |

How did you do that? I'm trying to link my Korean paypal account to my Korean bank, but it says my National ID # is incorrect. |

How's the exchange rate when you do it this way? |

| When I first opened my ebay account I opened it with my American bank account info. After that got verified, I added my Korean visa card. That's the way I did it. |

is it possible to open a paypal account with nothing but a Korean bank account? no American bank accounts, no credit cards, etc.

| If you're thinking of using paypal as a way to send yourself money, you can't. I bought something off of Gmarket using paypal this past week, and there was a pop-up or something telling me that I wouldn't be able to do that. |
