So I'm slightly masochistic and like to look-up food blogs of all these gorgeous foods I can never have because I'm in the boonies of Korea. It's as good a topic as any, I say. Half the time, we're already torturing each other on these boards, let's take it to a whole new level.

A home cooked Middle-Eastern meal from my roommate back home.
My mom's minestrone soup.
A brunch from my favourite cafe in Montreal: crepes filled with ham and eggs, spanakopita, and a fresh smoothies.
Home made cupcakes and brownies (don't have an oven here). |

Pheasant is very popular here. The Korean word is 꿩
They cook it in a variety of styles. If you want it roasted you'll probably have to buy the bird and do it yourself. |
