I'm trying to get over there, folks. Details, loose ends, and all. You know how it is.
Question: Were I to be flying over there today with light luggage, what might you suggest I fill the empty space in my bags with? What could possibly go into my duffels that would make a fellow westerner dance with glee over there? Something (s)he hasn't seen in some time, perhaps? Some comfort food or toilet article? Ideas? |

A litre of Maker's Mark bourbon and some sweet vermouth. It's almost manhattan season, and those are stupidly expensive here if you can find them. |

Depends what country the westerner in question is from and what his or her fave things are. Sometimes, it's just good to ask and the person will tell you. If the westerner is American, then I think American breakfast cereal might be a favorite for many or perhaps some typical American cookies/cakes. |

A piece of @ss really isn't the point of the question.
So if I invited an ESL teacher to my pad and presented a plate of Reese's, I'd be a hit. Got it.
See? This is the information I seek. |
