So I was never entirely successful on fixing my macbook pro; it still dies when I chat via Skype or iChat while simultaneously running any program.
Not to mention it dies when I upload photos off my digital and it's annoying when I realize I've lost a few photos in the process. The icing: a key came off and I can't get it back on.

Anyway, does anyone have any experience with the Service Centers here?
I checked my warranty and it's still valid, and the Apple site listed a few places where I could get it repaired- http://www.apple.com/kr/support/center/service_eng.html

Ideally, I'd like to go to either the one in Sinsa-dong or Samsung-dong as I'm right smack in the middle of the two, but my Korean is crap as far as technology is involved (weh? Kimbap joosoyo? Computer-uh AHNDAEH ), and I'd need someone with decent English.

I've recently been to the UBase service centre in Samsung-dong (near Coex Mall). The were pretty decent, and some of the people can communicate in English. They were also very busy, with people constantly in and out to drop off or collect their Apple goodies.

Are they open on Sunday? I'm thinking of dropping my iBook tomorrow.

Nah, I don't think they're open on weekends. I think only Monday to Friday, 9 to 6. Maybe try and give them a call tomorrow and double-check.

Well, for us was it a drop-off and collect later. But depending on your problem, they might be able to fix it on the spot. I'd plan to have to drop it off and let them check out the problem properly.
