I bought 2 quilts, a quilt cover (with 4 pilowcases) and a fitted sheet. They didn't send the fitted sheet and there was no note in the box explaining why. After 3 e-mails and about 7 phone calls (over about a week and a half) I got in contact with them and was told that it wasn't in stock and it would be sent to me when they got some. )A note or e-mail telling me this would have been nice.) After washing the pillowcases for the first time 2 of them ripped. Not the best quality to say the least.

Has anybody bought anything from them and what do you think about what you recieved. I'm curious to know if I've been unluckey or if they are just a shitty place to buy things from.

I never shopped from that site, but my whole Montreal apartment is IKEA and let's get it straight, it's not the best quality. Some things are fine, but most of their stuff doesn't last! I like the design and the price though.

Bought an entire bedding set from them. Quick delivery, and no problems. Getting in touch with them is kind of a pain in the ass, though.

King size quilt and cover + fitted sheets...great quality and price and the sheet is still hanging in there after a year and my wife's constant washing.

Thanks for the replies. Guess I'm just an unluckey SOB and got the shitty end of the stick.

I just bought a sofa from them last week. I ordered it on Saturday, sent the money via ATM on Sunday, and it was at my door on Tuesday. Easy assembly and a fair price. I hate nearly everything, and I was impressed.

Nice couch, too.
