Hey, is there an English language site I could look at for news on this? Apparently, a couple people were murdered in my neighborhood in Jinhae over the last few days and the cops are out looking for the culprit. Looked in the Korean Times and Herald but found nothing. Maybe some of you guys have read or heard something about it. My co-workers and students seem to be providing me sketchy info at best. Thanks.

There is nothing in the news but this discussion forum suggests that 1 person was killed and 2 others were injured. Some are saying that a woman in her 50s has been caught by the police, but others are suggesting that this is just a rumour. Apparently, a woman in her 50s asked directions and then stabbed some victims.

Was this the corn dog and dok bokki vendor on the McDonald's corner? Hope not. She makes good corn dogs.

Well, everyone tells me its by where they built the new Homeplus-uh so its a good 20 minutes down the street from that lady. I had heard about it before the weekend from my students then dismissed then my boss told me it was true. I have also seen more cops patrolling the street than can be normal so I was inclined to believe it.

I briefly entertained a day dream of the murderer coming after me and me taking her down. Then I realized that's what she would be hoping for and she'd just claim I attacked her and had been framing the whole thing on an old korean lady.
