I found them on amazon.com, but shipping is $16.00. Is there a place where I can buy them in Korea?

Keyboards cost pennies. So, unless you have a particularly expensive keyboard, just buy a new one in Korea. It'll have both character sets. |

1500-3000 won (depending on the shop).
They are usually a standard stock item at the Alpha stationary chain. |
