Probably available.

Best to learn Hangul, as using the English alphabet to write Korean names has differed over the years.
Learning Hangul is fool-proof, and only takes a few hours.

Go to Kyobo or other book stores. Someone will help you find maps/atlases of Korea.

I have a road atlas that has most major things written in English. It costs 12,000 at Kyobo and has a picture of a highway intersection on it. There were a few different others to choose from, too.

I bought a full korean road atlas, in english, at Seoul Selection

It has main routes plus maps of the bigger towns. It has been well worth it.

i had a english language korean road map. i don't remember where i bought it or what company made it, but they are definitely available.

someone on this board, one of the motorcycle thread people, hipped me to it. i bought it and it was definitely useful.

If you want a really good comprehensive road atlas, MBC puts out one about the size of a phone book that has english and korean. It can be found at many highway rest areas, either in the little convenience store or at the information booth. Mine cost 25,000 and it is great having the ability to find almost any road in korea. Worth it if you travel alot by car.

If you just want a big english road map for a province or all of Korea, you can get them at most any large bookstore which carries english books (like Kyobo).
