Anyone see a flaw in undermentioned offer? My own attention is drawn to the " 2 years of college degree".
Seems an unlikely error from such a renowned name as SISA. Can rumors be true that students are eligible with only 2 years' credits?
Full-time English Teacher Needed in Gwangju for October Start

SISA Language institute is looking for a full time English instructor to start from October 1st
The instructor will teach 6 English classes / day
Non-teaching time is your free time
1.Location : Daeui- dong, Gwangju. South Korea.
2.Qualification : having at least 2 years of college degree
3.General working conditions.
1) Period of contract : 1 year or more
2) Six teaching hours/day, 30 hours/week, 50 minutes/class
Monday to Friday - no weekend work.
3) Teaching mainly adult students.
4) Wage: 2.3million won/month
5) Housing : A fully furnished single apartment within 5 minutes walking distance from
the school; air-conditioning, TV&VTR, bed, cooking utensils, etc.
6) National holidays off plus one week paid vacation for one year contract holder
7) Full medical coverage, National Pension (50% paid by the employer)
 Airfare : a free round trip ticket for the teacher upon completion of one year
contract
9) One month severance pay upon completion of one year contract
10) Prefer to hire single teacher
