Where can I buy cell phone batteries in either Seoul or Incheon. Every time i ask, i get the universal cross symbol with 2 arms to say no have. Yongsan maybe? but which part of it?

There are tons of used cell phone dealers in the old part of the Yongsan electronics market. Go to the Yongsan station and go across the tracks behind the station. You should find one shortly.

I'm I little surprised you're having so much difficulty...but, then the simplest tasks in Korea tend to be the most work.

i agree. in thailand it should be simple. but i cant manage to do it. yongsan tomorrow it is. thanks
