I have LG and something is going wrong with the screen on my phone. I didn't buy it from the LG store- but since I use them I'm assuming I can take it to their store and get it repaired? And can I take it to any of the stores or do I have to take it to one of the big ones?

*edit* does anyone know of an lg in the itaewon area? i've only seen sk and show.

Had the same problem: reversed, inverted, shifting, split-screen image, then blank. Got it repaired for only W9,000. Repairman said it was moisture on the chip. Which explains why it functioned properly every time I tried to show my class what was wrong with it. Confused (The airconditioning in the classroom dried out the innards of my phone) Not uncommon.

I'd start there. Mine's an SK telecom from a KT shop. The guy offered to send it to the Samsung place in town and it would be a three day wait. I said I'll go there myself. Was a six hour wait, but I made a day of it, walking/driving about, reading a book. Sure beats three days.
