|
|
Hi
I have 2 Toshiba hard drives for sale. One is a ZIF connector type and the other is a CF connector type. They are both 60GB each
They were bought around 5 months ago, but since Toshiba recently released more higher capacity drives, Im gonna upgrade so these need to go asap
Please check if they will work in whatever device you have. They are mainly used in notebooks, PMP and MP3 players. The 1.8" drives are more expensive than the normal 2.5" drives because they are so small and thin
The model numbers of them are:
MK6006GAH
MK6008GAH
They are in flawless condition. Only reason Im selling is to upgrade.
I take extremem care of my electronics and these have no problems whatsoever
Pics on request Thanks

I also should mention that either one of these can be used simply as a portable hard drive. You can buy external cases that are very slim and which can be carried in a pocket. There are lots for sale online like at gmarket or auction.co.kr
Nice to have that extra memory on hand in your bag etc. Its plug and play with no programs to worry about. The hard drives pop up like a regular computer drive |

What's the difference? Which one is better?
Got a link for cases? |

The capacity of the drives are the same, 60GB, however, the ZIF and CF connectors are different
The CF types are more expensive for some reason. My guess is, most PMP's and Ipods use the ZIF connector type, so they are mass produced and easier found.
The CF type is mostly used in the Japanese branded laptops, like Fujitsu etc. However, it can be used in any other device that accepts the CF type
Here are some links for all 3 items:

http://noteking.co.kr/goods/search.php?sword=mk6008gah

The link for the case is for the CF type. I only have an external case for
the ZIF type |

Yes, the ZIF drive is pending.
Also, there is basically no difference in cases. The one I have is the smallest one you can get. They all do the same thing. |
