My kitten is almost old enough now to be spayed but I have no idea where to take her. I have heard stories that some places perform the procedure more invasive than others and I want to make the experience the easiest possible for her. I live in the HBC area and don't really want to take her too far from home. Any advice and reccomendations for a vet is appreciated. Thanks!! |

I can recommend Pet Toy Clinic in Itaewon. It's near the Soon Chun Hyun (sp?) hospital. The number is 02 795 21 81. I had both my cats done there ( one boy, one girl) and they recovered very well. The vet's a lovely guy, and speaks good English. It was around 50,000 when I got it done.
Good luck. |

Thanks for this sineface - I was going to take my kitten to Chungwha in Itaewon next week and was quoted 350k! |

50,000 for a neuter I can see, but for a spay, too? That's some deal! |

Yeah actually I gave this some more thought. My cats were strays from Itaewon, and the area has a trap neuter release programme. They were neutered/spayed through that, so it probably gave a hefty discount. Sorry! Hope you find somewhere. |
