Im having a chance to look around Tokyo for the first time and I love it. It looks like this place totally kicks ass.
But, I went to the Korean embassy today and I was told that it takes 3 days to process a visa, and the I would most likely have the visa in my passport on friday.
Needless to say, I wasnt prepared for this.?
Does this match anyone elses experience? Does it actually take that long
As an alternative I thought about just going to Osaka tonight but I was told it is the same situation there. But then I asked about Fukuoka, and I was told is the same thing there but I had my last visa processed there 9 months ago and it took one day. So is this other stuff an exaggeration?
What has been everyones experience with Tokyo and Osaka? |

There's a really cool place just outside of Kitakyushu called Space World... if they had an embassy/consulate you could be a cadet. |

| Be glad you're not in Toronto... They want an interview with all E-2 applicants... Took me almost 3 weeks to get my visa! |
