I read an interesting thread about some teacher getting hammered and started to get on their soap box with some alcoholic lubrication but I am interested to know if anyone ended up having a one-night stand with their co-worker, boss, etc.
What happened? Were you fired? How did the school treat you after the event? Did you end up going out or were you lucky enough to get married? I am sure there are some interesting stories here. |

Nosy, aren't we? Not sure how many if any would be willing to spout off about their amorous work affairs on a public internet message board. That being said...paging Nolegirl. |

Yep. 2 co-workers at the same school (their employment periods didn't overlap). One was the school secretary/receptionist, the other was one of the Chinese teachers.

Were you fired? Nope.
How did the school treat you after the event? They didn't know about it.
Did you end up going out or were you lucky enough to get married? "Dated" both for a while, but no marriage. |

What do I care. The school is out-of-business, I'm not naming names, and it happened a decade ago. |

I did once, thankfully she was a crap teacher so she was fired about a month later. While she was still at the school it was a little awkward. thankfully I was friends with the only coworker that new I slept with her, so it never became an issue. |

I was going to post a long message here about how that is pretty much the worst thing you can ever do. I was going to mention how this country is a buyer's market, with so many, many exciting women out there who would love to spend time with a young foreign man.
I WAS going to do this, but then I realized that EVERYONE knows it's a bad idea, but it happens anyway...so it really doesn't do any good to advise against it. Two amorous young adults mixed with alcohol are going to make BAD decisions...there is no way to rationally consider the downside when one is "in the moment" and the time to made a decision is nigh.
But it does need to be said, and I want to emphasize, for the record, just what a very very very very very very very very very bad idea this is. I can not and will not condone it. Please don't do it. There are so many other options that don't involve shitting where you eat. |

Absolutely no one. But, and I can only speak for myself here, the VAST majority of things that I do on a daily basis were never asked for. For instance, I eat breakfast every day...but no one ASKS me to do it. I just do it. No one ASKED me to turn on the computer, come this website or click on this thread. And yet I did all of these things.
And yet your question seems to suggest that in doing things that I have not been asked to do, I am acting improperly. I humbly disagree. To restrict my actions to only things I have been directly asked to do would pretty much utterly incapacitate me! I much prefer to go through life, impudently doing things WITHOUT prior invitation. What fun it is indeed! |

I generally agree that dipping one's pen in company ink is a bad idea. |

I know of a guy who did it.
And I've spoken to many people about the issue.
It really depends. The based on your disposition with the principal/school the action taken will usually not result in you being fired. However, you might prefer it.
One guy, was basically looked down upon by his other co-workers. It was a living nightmare according to him. The gal he rumped basically told everyone else. Classes were extremely akward to say the least. His boss liked him enough not to fire him, but of course, he knew.
Personally, I think it would be ok to date a co-worker, and then romance it to then next level with marrige as the intention. But a night of drunken soju and cass will lead to iffy relationships in the office place. |

I have a pretty good imagination. Did either of them dress up as school girls with pigtails? DId it happen in the classroom? Did you tell them how bad school girls they were...lol. Maybe I am just a sick bastard |

I haven't. Ugly adjumma-like chicks, balding short dudes, and liver spots don't really do it for me. |
