Does anyone know what happened to the best dvd rental store in Seoul, which disappeared over the summer...M Kim was the owner and it was located between Hae Ban Chon and Noksapyong station...And then is there any other dvd store in that neighborhood?

I'd figure that by now most movie rentals must be out of business or dying... what with 100 Mbps internet, torrents and rapidshare. I only buy or steal, never rent.

I can confirm that is the best DVD shop in Seoul...I used to love going there but then I moved and I haven't been back in 2 years.

I love that picture he has up with himself, Steven Spielburg and Jeffrey Katzenburg. They actually were inside that store when they took a trip to Korea right after starting Dreamworks.

I hope he's alright...that store was my favorite landmark in Tha Hbc.

The internet in my apartment is horrible. My cable connection in the US blows it away.

Are you sure it was Mr Kim and not Mr Choi or Miss Park? Laughing
