I'm still curious which is more difficult, using a computer or flying a jet. What happens if you were to take two Tarzans for example and bring them out of the forest, give one training in flying a jet and the other training in using a computer for the exact same amount of time - which one takes longer to learn? It has nothing to do with the campaign but I'm curious now.

McCain gets emotional at the mention of military families needing food stamps or veterans lacking health care. The outrage comes from inside: McCain's severe war injuries prevent him from combing his hair, typing on a keyboard, or tying his shoes. Friends marvel at McCain's encyclopedic knowledge of sports. He's an avid fan - Ted Williams is his hero - but he can't raise his arm above his shoulder to throw a baseball.

Current events from March 2000?

Not something that McCain just made up.

I guess not. But I'm still kind of curious about these injuries that McCain sustained. Apparently, they don't prevent him from lifting his arms above his shoulders, or using his hands to manipulate a computer mouse. But they do render him unable to type on a keyboard.

Furthermore, they would appear to be present in exactly the same way in both hands.

Because the claim that he can't use a computer is bullshit. He hasn't learned how to but would be able.

Yep. Those digits are definitely frozen solid.

I don't see how he can even brush his teeth or comb his hair, let alone tie his shoelaces or move a mouse.

I'm voting for John McCain for president. He earned the job during his five and a half years as a prisoner of war.
