|

I was at Whatthebook last night and noticed they increased all the prices 10% due to the currency exchange rate...and figured I could probably cut back on my spending habits over here.
Would someone be kind enough as to recommend a good library around Seoul that has a decent English selection? Is it easy to get a library card - I'm assuming all I'd need is my ARC card and a picture?
I apologize if this topic has been discussed in the past; as usual, the search function didn't work for me.
Thanks! |

There's a book exchange thingy at Wolfhound's pub every second Sunday, in Itaewon. Doesn't matter if you've no books to give.
As for libraries, no idea. I've never lived in Seoul. |

its getting rather expensive buying so many books all the time at samsung plaza. The book selection for english books is somewhat large, and the selection is ok...I was wondering if there were any public libraries in Seoul that let you borrow books? I asked someone where the libraries were in Seoul and they said that libraries here don't let you borrow books. WHAT!?!!! WHAT!!!!!
please, can someone let me know what's up? please tell me this is a stupid rumor by someone who doesn't read, and just wouldn't know. please oh please oh please... |
