| Personally, I've never understood why people feel the need to test a brand new item. Have you bought something brand new that didn't work out of the box? I usually find these claims of 'opened just for testing' a tad shady as it makes me wonder how long the testing period was.... a day, 2 days, a week? Seems rather odd to take a brand new, sealed item and convert it into an open box item in the name of quality control. |

Then don't buy it.
I really don't feel like selling something that was broken during shipping here from the USA. That's why I checked.
It's an amp. It works. It does a good job. I will be happy to show you the shipping form if you would like proof that I just received it.
This isn't e-bay. As I stated, I don't need it. I sold the Shure KSM27 condenser mic it was intended for while it was in shipping. You're welcome to look back at my previous messages and see that's the case. |

Bass,
I didn't mean to insinuate that you were trying to rip anyone off. You're a regular and I respect your postings and opinions.
My comment was meant in general. I never have understood why people test new items. To me, I'd usually rather buy an item brand new and sealed than opened and tested.
I can understand though that if an item as delicate as a tube amplifier has been shipped overseas the need to do so.
Sorry for any misunderstanding.
Have a good weekend! |
