After doing a bit of research on wheat grass, I'm sold on the benefits of incorporating smoothies into my diet. Anyone know where one might buy the drinks or (preferably) the plant?

Also, I'm thinking of buying a decent road bike. If anyone has any tips on buying bikes in Korea, I'd really appreciate it if you gave me a few pointers.

EDIT: I should also mention that I'm 95 kilograms, which I understand is significantly more than the average bike is built to support. I've heard Rocky Mountain bikes are built tough. Is this true? Are they available in Seoul? Or are there any Korean brands built for big guys that would presumably be cheaper?

Can't help you with wheat grass. For buying a bike though, you want to have to find yourself a Korean friend. There are plenty of Korean sites you can research prices on or even buy bikes from. If you are going to buy a bike in a shop, you can definitely get a decent discount so you need to have someone there who can help you do it tactfully.

Here is one site you can check out...http://www.corex.co.kr/

For road bikes click on the little road bike on the top of the page. Also check out the yellow ZX 500 down the page a bit. An affordable cross trainer type of bike. Right now is the busiest season for cycling in Korea but looks like the on the site I mentioned they are already starting to discount the 2008 models pretty heavily. Keep that in mind if you wander into a bike shop. With the economy the way it is I don't think high end bikes have been selling so well. One of the shops I go into every so often was knocking 30% off their high end bikes that run up to like 6 million won. Same discounts on bikes around 1.5-2 million also.
