Hi there,
We have friends coming to korea to cover for us in Dec for 3 weeks- they will be doing their final exams for their teaching degrees in November, and thus won't have their final degree certificates when they would be covering for us. We were going to get them C4 visas (as our employer is happy for them to cover for us), but now we are not sure if it is going to be a problem if they don't have their degree certificates. So is a degree 100% necessary for a C4 visa? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance! |

The degree certificate is required for all work visas as a teacher (outside of the TALK type programs) regardless of whether the applicant is applying for an E1/E2/E7/C4.
