VHS to mp3 in Korea?

At your house with a computer. I used to capture my old VHS tapes with this gadget called a happaugauge(sp) and then I was able to make the sound whatever I wanted to. Wintv i believe is what the program was called, VCR to gadget with coax, then gadget to pc thru usb port. It was real simple if I can do it anyone can do it.

Hmm...VHS is a video format and mp3 is an audio format. Do you want to convert a VHS tape into a computer file? If so, that would be an avi, mpeg, wmv or quicktime movie (mov). You might try by asking around Yongsan electronics market, perhaps the basement of the blue building next to the big parking lot, with the pedestrian bridge attached to it.
