There's an annoying flu bug going around.
It starts with a fever, aching, and is followed by days of upset stomach and the runs.
Not fun at all! |

No I haven't caught any flu bug, and I'm not gonna.
However, afsjesse's avatar did just give me a seizure. |

I really believe in traditional medicine for us guys and gals. I haven't had a flu, you know the three-day type, for ten years. Ever since I took my first batch of Po-Yak. I'm not kidding.
I used to get sick twice per year always sneezing and aching for three days. Then after taking the medicine it never came again.
The first batch I had was a bunch of herbs and roots and deer horn and ginseng all steamed up. Very thick and a great taste and invigorates the body. The next time a few years later was 개소주 Again, a great effect. The last bunch I have though is made of Pig placenta - I don't think it is that good.
But, really I recommend this as a course every one of us should take at least once. It costs a bit for a month's supply, about 400 000 won. But it's worth it.
Apparently the effects are much stronger with us as we take it for the first time, whereas Koreans have had it since they were young babies. |

Felt my throat very tender when I swallowed for a week or two, but it's either getting better or I'm getting used to it.
Very chilly these days when the sun goes away.
Keep warm and eat plenty healthy stuff. |

Yeah, I'm just getting over it. I was home for a few days. Got hit hard. I was shivering as if I were in Siberia. My skin stang to the touch, extreme cramping, fever. I'm basically over it now.
Anyone else, go see a doctor and get vaccinated. Korea is full of bugs and tight populations.
BTW, I'm in Busan. So, it's at least here. |

Awright! Who be you is? Am you are one a us philophizers, spittin' yonder inquiriez?
Next Socrates question for debate: What are the metaphysical, ontological and empirical factors which are the constituent and conditioning factors of the construction of the culturally relative concepts which inform our pluralistic and collective experiences of diarrhea? |
