I was persuaded by a workmate to start taking Ginseng. Never even thought about it in Korea.....It is wonderful! I highly recommend it, especially to anyone lacking in well-being

actually, Siberian eluethero is supposed to be superior and recommended by many

I find it keeps me very healthy (along with other herbs in a tincture) and I am able to "get up and do the things that need to be done" (as I am an older teacher)

it used to be called Siberian eleuthero ginseng but they had to drop the ginseng

anyway, other ginsengs, I think, are not allowed to be imported to S. Korea - cause, of course, they want you to buy theirs

What's the best way to take it? I usually just buy the little bottles at the corner shop.

I hope you're not 'hot-bodied' or whatever the Haaniwon term is. The two don't mix. You sweat easily?

How old are you? No offence but does 'get up etc' mean shaggin? Cos they definitely make you more amorous.

If not and you just mean energy thats true to, I was pretty monged out and stressed before I started taking them.

There is a story bout a Korean actor who spends 1500 a week on Ginseng root.

It's good for your health and minimal side effects.

No, I am not referring to sexual activity, though that is an effect of the ginseng for men,

I am speaking of energy, and immune system/resistance to germs; I shall be 60 this week.

hey rusty,

there was no offense taken and I totally agree with you

yes, it also helps me get moving the morning and helps me with stress as I can't take much anymore

it is incredible stuff along with other herbs, but I am speaking of the SIBERIAN ELEUTHERO which I get in/from the U.S.

good to hear your comments
