I've been working in Korea for 8 days after flying in on an e-2 visa. Should I have gone to immigration by now? My boss hasn't mentioned it, and I haven't raised the issue. |

Well, you need to get your medical check stuff done first. When that is done, you can go to immigration to get your ARC. You have 90 days to do this. |

You MUST do it within 90 days of your arrival.
You should do it as soon as it is practical to do so.
There are many things that are awkward or impossible to do without an ARC (like get ATM privileges at a bank).
Your boss also cannot enroll you in the NHIC medical plan nor can he open a pension account for you without your ARC (but I suspect he is aware of that)
